Certificate and Traceability

Certificate of organic origin
When supplied a certificate of organic origin attends the organic products. The inspection authority signs the certificate. An example of the certificate can be seen by clicking here.

Traceability
Each animal is assigned a kill number. This number follows the half pig carcasses (leg tattoo) and the quarters (quarter ticket) all the way to the customer. As long as the number is known it is possible to trace the animal back to the individual farmer.
